DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise was damaged in shipment, report the damage at once to Board It Up by calling 1-616-530-0442. You will then be instructed on how to treat the damaged merchandise. You must keep its original carton for INSPECTION. Most of the time the carrier is responsible for the damage and must be able to inspect the carton and merchandise. Merchandise must be returned with original carton or claim cannot be honored.
UNUSED MERCHANDISE
Guaranteed Satisfaction with 30 Day Return Policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Board It Up, please notify us for a Return Authorization. After you have a Return Authorization Number, return the unused merchandise, in its original container, within 30 days for a complete refund of the merchandise purchase price. Repack the item in a sturdy box with original packing slip filled out explaining reason for return. If you would like to exchange the item, please include a note with replacement instructions. Returns will be processed within 96 hours of receipt. Send back UPS/FedEx Ground or Insured Parcel Post. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Special Note for Propellers: Our props are priced so low, that we cannot offer an exchange program. If you need to exchange a prop, there will be shipping charges plus $40.
